The purpose of the Brown County Leading Indicators For Excellence (LIFE) Study is to develop a clear understanding of the overall quality of life in the Green Bay metro area and Brown County. The study provides an in-depth look into the conditions encompassing ten key areas:
The LIFE Study began Summer 2010 with intent to involve numerous stakeholders and citizens in the greater Green Bay area. The LIFE Study was released to the community in October 2011.
